Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rope Swing Moab gear. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns or size exchanges unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund after it has been issued.
